Where will our data be hosted?
In the location agreed with you: a local colocation facility, a cloud region or your own premises. Regulated data is placed according to the rules that apply to your organisation.
Do you support systems you did not build?
Yes, after an assessment of the system, its documentation and its current condition.
What service levels do you offer?
Response and resolution times are agreed for each system and written into the service agreement before support begins.
Who provides the support?
VaneXson manages the service. Post-implementation training and capacity building are delivered with SIIMT University College, systems integration and technical support with IndoSoftwares Solutions Ltd, and partner network and delivery support in India through Shree Sainath Venkatesh Enterprises (SSVE).
