Business intelligence that leaders trust.
We build the dashboards, KPI frameworks and reporting pipelines that give every manager one trusted view of the numbers, refreshed automatically instead of rebuilt by hand each month.
What business intelligence covers.
Problems it solves.
Reports take days to build
Analysts copy data between spreadsheets every month. We automate the pipeline so the report is ready when the period closes.
Different numbers in every meeting
Each department calculates its own figures. We agree one definition per KPI and build every view from the same model.
Data arrives too late to act on
Monthly packs describe last quarter. We move key measures to daily or weekly refresh, so managers can respond while it still matters.
Start small. Prove it. Expand.
Every engagement follows the same three steps, so the first commitment is small and the result is measured.
Discover
We map the decision, the data and the KPI, then agree one narrow pilot. We quote after discovery, not before.
Pilot
We build the smallest version that proves value, in your environment, measured against the number we agreed.
Expand
If the pilot works, we scale it across teams, products or markets, and train your people to own it.
Where it applies.
The same method, shaped to how each sector runs.
Questions, answered.
Short answers to the questions we hear most. For anything else, start a conversation.
Which tools do you use for business intelligence?
Mostly Microsoft Power BI, with Excel where teams already rely on it. We connect to the systems you already run, such as accounting, core insurance or banking platforms, CRMs and spreadsheets.
Do we need a data warehouse before we start?
No. Most pilots start from existing sources. If a warehouse becomes necessary, we recommend it once the pilot has shown which data matters.
How does a business intelligence engagement start?
With a short discovery and one narrow paid pilot, usually a single dashboard or report tied to one KPI. We quote after discovery, not before.
Can you work with teams in Ghana and India?
Yes. We have offices in Kolhapur, India and Ridge, Accra, Ghana, and work on site or remotely with clients elsewhere.
