Data centres designed around the systems they run
We plan, design and deliver data centres and server rooms sized to the applications, data and growth they must support, from the first feasibility study to commissioning and handover.
What the service covers
Problems it solves
Systems outgrowing the server room
Power, cooling and space run out as systems grow. We plan capacity for the growth you expect, not just today.
Downtime from single points of failure
One failed power supply or cooling unit can stop operations. Designs build in the level of redundancy the business case justifies.
Data that must stay in the country
Regulated organisations need certain data held locally. We compare an owned facility with local colocation and cloud options, and plan the one that fits.
How an engagement runs
Every engagement follows the same three steps, so the first commitment is small and the result is measured.
Discover
We map the decision, the data and the KPI, then agree one narrow pilot. We quote after discovery, not before.
Pilot
We build the smallest version that proves value, in your environment, measured against the number we agreed.
Expand
If the pilot works, we scale it across teams, products or markets, and train your people to own it.
Industries we apply it in
The same method, shaped to how each sector runs.
Common questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most. For anything else, start a conversation.
Who delivers a data centre project?
VaneXson leads the engagement and the design, and supervises qualified engineering and construction contractors through the build. VaneXson leads the engagement. Post-implementation training and capacity building are delivered with SIIMT University College, systems integration and technical support with IndoSoftwares Solutions Ltd, and partner network and delivery support in India through Shree Sainath Venkatesh Enterprises (SSVE).
Should we build our own facility or use colocation?
It depends on load, budget, regulation and in-house skills. The feasibility study compares an owned facility, colocation in an existing local data centre and cloud, with the costs and risks of each.
Which standards do you design to?
Designs follow recognised data centre standards such as ANSI/TIA-942 and the Uptime Institute Tier classification. Formal Tier certification is issued by the Uptime Institute and can be pursued where the client requires it.
Can you improve an existing server room?
Yes. Many projects start with an assessment of an existing room, covering power, cooling, cabling and security, followed by a prioritised improvement plan.
